When filling out the registration form please answer all questions. Your
information will remain protected and not available for release to third
parties.
If you are registering a group (staff) please indicate
this on the registration form. Group rates are established and
discounted. Only the names that appear on the registration form will be
eligible to receive the certificate of completion and
continuing education credits if applicable.
If you are registering as part of an educational
institution, payment for this training has been pre-determined and
authorized. Your instructor will provide you with the appropriate
password.
Fees and Payment
Payment may be made by credit card (preferred), check,
or wire transfer. All forms of payment must clear before beginning the
course. Once payment has been cleared, you will receive receipt along
with a login and password to enter the training section. Just click on
the Start Training. There are no refunds once the login and
password are sent out.
