The cost for this training is $175.00. There are two ways to register for this course and it is determined by your manner of payment. If you are paying for this by credit card (preferred), please click the "Pay Now" link.  You will be taken to a secure site, PayPal, to provide your payment information. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to access their services. Once PayPal verifies your payment, you can start the training immediately.

 

If you are paying via check or need an invoice, please click the registration link below to fill out your information. You will be contacted once we receive it for further processing.

All forms of payment must clear before beginning the course. Once payment has been cleared, you will receive receipt along with a login and password to enter the training section. Just click on the Start Training.  There are no refunds once the login and password are sent out.

If you require a certificate of completion, an evaluation and post test are required.  These links can be found at the end of the training. The training provides 8 continuing education credits. Please check with your accreditation/licensing board if it meets their criteria.
